Once a full candidate review has been conducted, we put our reputation on the line and provide a final recommendation on the suitability of your candidate. While it is your decision to accept or refuse our recommendation, we stand firmly behind our methods and our product. Included with our recommendation is a summary page detailing all searches completed, full results of these searches, and copies of all reference interviews.
