XactCheck Announces Agreement to be Aquired by Harbor Lane Associates

XactCheck to merge with HLA's investigation services division

WASHINGON, DC.—December 17, 2007—XactCheck, Inc. today announced that it has signed a definitive merger agreement to be acquired by Harbor Lane Associates (HLA), a leading security services firm, for an undisclosed amount. XactCheck, a provider of employment screening services, will become a subsidiary of Harbor Lane Associates, expanding HLA's investigative services capacity.

XactCheck will merge with HLA's investigation services division while maintaining the existing XactCheck name and will be headed up by Emily A. Kieffer, current Director of Investigation Services at HLA.
